Jai Jai Kush
Jai Jai Kush is the Founder of Sky High Entertainment, as well as a Songwriter, Hip Hop Artist, Graphic Designer, Audio Engineer & all around entrepreneur. Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. I began writing my own songs back in 2005 well I was a freshman in high school. I didn't actually start recording myself though until a year later in 2006. After I graduated in 2009 I moved to Savannah, Georgia for about a year and a half to pursue my music career as well as find myself as an individual. I then moved back to Cheyenne and re-connected with an old friend of mine who as well made music at the time. After working with each other for about 6 months we went and started our own little record company called Sky High Entertainment. During this time period I was also introduced to photoshop graphic design and fashion design. The enjoyment I got from taking a blank canvas and turning it into whatever I wanted to was an amazing feeling. So therefore I started to look into the world of graphic & fashion designing as well, and started teaching myself through youtube tutorials and networking with other designers. As for where I am now, I am all independent. I still have the record label Sky High Entertainment active, although I did take a 5 year hiatus, (personal reasons, marriage, divorce, and the list goes on) I am back now in 2023, re-branded as Black Diamond Entertainment and stronger & more focused than ever!
Wicked Kid
Lil’ Wicked or Wicked Kid is the Co-founder of Sky High Entertainment, a Hip Hop Artist / Songwriter, & an all around hustler. Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Began with some earlier groups back in the day and had some initial buzz going on. But, that would all change during junior and senior year in high school though when he linked up with Jai Jai Kush. Funny thing is though, these two knew one another before that, and let’s just say, it wasn’t on the best terms. See sophomore year, Wicked was at East High & Jai Jai was at Central High (biggest rivalry we have in our small capitol) Anyways, Wicked had broken up with his girlfriend since like junior high,…and guess who she just happened to date next? You got it! Anyways Jai Jai and her ended up breaking up and a few months down the road we both had a mutual friend invite us to a water world trip, unkowningly he invited both of us. Lol anyways they both sucked up they pride and both went, what happened during that trip….long story short, they vybe’d out with one other during that trip, Jai Jai transferred next year to East High & couple years later, Sky High Entertainment was born as well as a life long friendship / brotherhood!! And to think it all started with us disliking each other because of a girl!!
Smokey B
Smokey B is a Hip Hop Artist, Songwriter, an Entertainer, an Entrepreneur, and the first official Artist to sign with Sky High Entertainment. Which makes the original Sky High Trio. Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Him, Wicked & Jai Jai go way back before music had anything to do with it. He knew Wicked just through the grapevine of the city as well as through school as well. Him & Jai Jai go back to junior high school together and initially meet through the basketball team together. All three would later link up again in life around senior year in high school as well as post graduation. By this time Jai Jai & Wicked had already started Sky High Entertainment. One night Smokey just came to the studio, I believe during a house party, (we had a bunch of those almost daily back then) lol anyways, he got on the mic, did his thang. Jai Jai & Wicked just looked at each other and without saying a damn thing, we basically both said, “we found our first artist!” Ever since then the original Sky High Trio has never been broken!
